Typograhy Set

The following six images were created for a final project in Typograhy class. The assignment was to accurately and informatively represent six different typefaces. For variety, three were serifed fonts and three were sans serifed. The challenge was to inform the viewer about the different typefaces (some history, the designer(s), examples of characters, letters, etc. were among a few of the requirements that had to be represented for each), while making the designs both attractive and cohesive as a group. I chose to create my set using a similar color scheme throughout, bold, geometric shapes, and linear elements. The final presentation was assembled in a three dimensional cube. (Please pardon the Baskerville and Gill Sans skewed hues)
